The Emily Kelly Hut, also known as Cwm Dyli, is in Nant Gwynant below Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon, GR SH 653541). When the club acquired it in 1932 it was just a shell. We are proud of how the club has transformed the hut over the years into a comfortable little cottage with electricity for cooking and lighting, a well equipped kitchen, a hot shower, drying room and comfortable alpine bunks for 20 people. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking and a wood/coal stove plus storage heaters for winter warmth. You could bring your own carbon free alternative to coal; you must bring kindling. There is parking for about 10 cars a 150 metre walk from the hut.
The hut is several miles from a phone signal or WiFi connection.
If you are going to stay at the hut, please review the guidance on using the hut and the Hut Safety Policy .
