Cairngorms **

1st-4th March: Cairngorms, Karn House. If you're looking for some Scottish adventure then this is the meet for you! We will be based at the exceptionally comfortable Karn House in Aviemore. Opportunities abound for excitement in a variety of mediums: winter climbing and hillwalking (start sharpening those axes) which is my first choice if conditions allow or skiing (both downhill and XC) if we get a dump of snow. Otherwise superb mountain biking, trail running and low level walking is available from Aviemore through the forests of Rothiemurchus. Spaces are going fast but there are three places left at the moment so get in touch to reserve your bed! This is a three day meet to make sure we maximise the fun... and if it rains there is always the Inshriach Cake Shop - undisputedly the finest cakes in Scotland.

Portland Meet - Joint PC/CC Meet

2nd to 4th March: Portland meet held jointly with the Climbers Club. Staying at the Portland YHA (booked exclusively for PC/CC use that weekend).
There are few better places to find early season warm rock in Britain than our south coast. If the weather isn't fit for climbing there is superb walking along the famous Jurassic coast, explore Chesil beach, or climbing at Swanage is less than an hour away.
